To create a new password or reset it, click the Forgot your password? link on the platform login screen, located beneath the email and password fields.
Enter your account email address in the email field and click Send Password Reset Email.
You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Be sure to click the link within ten minutes of receiving the email, as it will expire after that time and it can only be used once. Then hit Password Reset to create a new password.
Enter a new password and make sure it matches in both fields.
Success! Your password has been updated, and you will be automatically logged in to your AirDNA account.
