AirDNA’s online dashboard is home to an incredible amount of short-term rental (STR) data, giving you insight into important metrics like occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue. The online dashboard is a great way to analyze STR markets visually. However, if you want to research the data more granularly, you can export data directly from the tool (not available for free subscription).
Market Level Data Exporting
You can export data from the Occupancy, Rates, and Revenue graphs for whole markets and individual properties, allowing you to pull information from each graph on these pages by clicking the export button in the top right corner of each chart.
The data will export to a .CSV file which can be opened with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
