When a booking is made on a short-term rental (STR) platform like Airbnb or VRBO, the reservation is logged in the listing’s iCalendar or iCal. It is necessary to import this information into AirDNA for us to be able to give Smart Rate recommendations based on the previous booking performance and optimize your STR’s pricing strategy.
You can find your iCal link from the Listings Details page in Airbnb:
- Go to Pricing and Availability
- Scroll down to Calendar Sync
- Click on Export Calendar and copy the iCal
- Paste this link into My Properties in AirDNA
