All payments on AirDNA are securely processed through Stripe. You can view your payment history and download invoices or receipts by accessing the Subscription page in your account by clicking your initials in the top-right corner of the platform.
On your Subscription & Billing page, you can find the Invoices section, where you can view and download your past invoices.
Alternatively, you can access the Stripe portal on this link. Just enter the email address you used for your subscription, click Send, and you’ll receive a secure link in your inbox to access your billing details and history. You can download your past invoices and receipts directly from this billing portal.
