With the Market Insights section of the platform, you can analyze any short-term rental market worldwide. To get started, click on Find a Market in the left-side navigation panel. This will take you to the country overview page, where you can view all US markets. Change the country and the currency by clicking the globe icon in the top-right corner of the screen next to your initials.
All the markets are displayed on the map and color-coded by Market Score.
After selecting a market from the country tile view or by entering the market name in the search bar, the market Overview screen will load.
Click Top Short-term Rentals in the left-hand navigation panel to display listings on the map. As you start to zoom in, the listings will automatically update in the tile view to reflect the properties shown within the map area.
Hovering over a purple property dot displays the property’s performance over the past 12 months. Clicking on the property tile opens the STR listing in a modal, where you can view a historical performance summary for the last twelve months, a forward-looking calendar, the property’s amenities, and its top competitors.
