We’ve redesigned the AirDNA platform to make it easier than ever to find and access your favorite tools and features. Below is an overview of the new interface and where each tool is located.
The new platform Home page lets you quickly return to the markets you previously viewed, access saved Rentalizer reports, and quickly dive into top investment and destination markets.
In the navigation panel on the left side, click on the Research tab to access AirDNA's Market Insights and Host Tools.
Click on your name initials in the top-right corner of the platform to view your profile, subscription details, saved markets, submarkets, and saved for-sale properties (US only). You can also view information on our Enterprise solutions products here too.
Click the Help icon to start a live chat with our customer support team, share product feedback, and access our Help Center for educational articles and videos.
In the left-hand navigation, click Find a Market to explore all markets and submarkets within a country, and use the flag icon in the top right corner of the platform to change the country and currency. From the flag icon, you can access the world map to select a country. Additionally, you can also search for any global market in the search bar at the top of the screen.
Apply filters by clicking on the Market, Bed/Baths, Property Types, Price Tier, Amenities and more to apply specific characteristics and performance filters to markets and listings.
Once you’ve selected a market, the Market Insights section allows you to explore both market-level and property-level performance in greater detail.
The Overview tab highlights the AirDNA Market Score along with performance data from the last twelve months for key metrics: Annual Revenue, Occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and RevPAR. Quickly toggle to view submarkets within the market, top-performing listings and for-sale properties.
You can click on the metrics in the side panel and jump directly to the charts in Occupancy, Revenue, Rates and Seasonality for deeper analysis.
Short-term Rentals shows listings that have been active and received at least one booking in the last 12 months. You can sort listings by Revenue, Occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), or Review Count by clicking on Revenue and the down-arrow. You can also apply any of the filters at the top of the screen to refine the listings shown in the tile view.
On the map, you can switch between Submarkets and Listings views. Property dots are color-coded based on the selected metric, which can be changed using the drop-down menu. The highest-performing properties are displayed in the darkest shade, while the lowest-performing properties appear in the lightest shade, making it easy to spot top and bottom performers at a glance.
For-Sale Properties displays real estate listings currently on the market in the US, sourced through our real estate partner. You can use the drop-down filters to sort results by yield, property type, square feet, time on the market, short-term rental (STR) zoning restrictions, and much more. Click the Yield table on the map to sort listings and submarkets by your preferred metric.
Click on Rentalizer to open the dashboard and get a short-term rental forecast for any property worldwide. Just enter a property's address or coordinates from Google Maps into the search bar to see the STR potential.
Clicking the Comps icon opens the dashboard, where you can create a new custom Comp Set or view and manage your saved sets. Create as many Comp Sets as you like with a minimum of 5 properties per set.
The Host Tools section is found under Research in the left-side navigation panel and lets you import your Airbnb listings into My Listings, giving you access to valuable benchmarking insights, recommended pricing and detailed performance data.
Performance Dashboard enables you to compare your listing’s future performance against both direct competitors and the broader market.
The Comp Calendar feature lets you analyze and observe the upcoming availability, daily rates and cleaning fees of your selected closest competitors.
Multi-Listing Calendar offers a consolidated view of all your listings’ calendars. Giving you an overview of your future rates, AirDNA recommended rates, availability and bookings all on one screen.
The Monthly Calendar has data from your Airbnb calendar. Your current rates appear in black, AirDNA’s recommended rates are displayed beneath in purple, and it also shows your upcoming reservations.
