If you wish to cancel your subscription to AirDNA, click on the circle in the top right of the screen with your initials and click subscription.
From this page, click Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and will then be cancelled.
For monthly subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the month on the renewal date. For annual subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription year.
Subscription cancellations must be made at least two days before the renewal date to ensure you are not billed again. You can find our full terms of service here.
