In the Comps dashboard, you can view and manage your saved Comp Sets, make edits, run a Rentalizer report and analyze the performance of your selected comparable listings. You can access your Comp Set dashboard from the Comps icon in the left-side navigation panel.
Click the three-dots icon to edit the Comp Set, rename it, or delete it.
Select Performance to open the analytics view, where you can explore detailed performance data for your saved Comp Set. Note that a minimum of five properties is required to run performance analysis.
Run a Rentalizer
After saving a Comp Set to your dashboard, you can generate a Rentalizer Report for the selected listings. The report provides a 12-month short-term rental revenue forecast based on the performance of the properties included in the Comp Set.
To change any of the selected properties, click Edit Comps to add or remove listings. Note that this will adjust the projected revenue, occupancy and ADR forecasts.
View Performance
In the Performance page, you’ll see aggregate metrics for the listings you have added to your Comp Set. Displayed are the Average Revenue, Average Daily Rate (ADR), Occupancy and RevPAR metrics for the last twelve months for all saved listings.
Underneath these metrics, a line chart displays monthly performance trends for the same twelve-month period. This offers a more detailed, month-by-month visual of how the listings have performed. If you'd like to analyze the data further, click the Export button to download the information as a CSV file for offline use.
Click on each tab to change the metric you want to view. This will display a chart for Revenue, Daily Rate, Occupancy Rate, RevPAR and Active Listing Count.
