In the Comp Sets dashboard, you can view and manage your saved Comp Sets, make edits, and analyze the performance of your selected comparable listings. You can access your Comp Set dashboard from the left-side navigation panel.
Click on Edit to review your Comp Set if you’d like to make any changes, and View Performance to open the analytics screen. By clicking the three dots, you can rename your Comp Set or delete it entirely.
View Performance
In the Performance page, you’ll see aggregate metrics for the listings you have added to your Comp Set. Displayed are the Average Revenue, Average Daily Rate (ADR), Occupancy and RevPAR metrics for the last twelve months for all saved listings.
Underneath these metrics, a line chart displays monthly performance trends for the same twelve-month period. This offers a more detailed, month-by-month visual of how the listings have performed. If you'd like to analyze the data further, click the Export button to download the information as a CSV file for offline use.
Click on each tab to change the metric you want to view, this will display a chart for Revenue, Daily Rate, Occupancy Rate, RevPAR and Active Listing Count.
